Give us a project update! How’s it been going? What are you planning on? Any upcoming events?
The project has been going pretty well so far. I’m excited to write more and educate viewers about the environmental issues going on in the Bay. The next big step for my project would most likely be gaining publicity through social media. I hope to start posting the blog posts and highlighting that on social media to potentially gain more sign-ups.
Did you attend the BAYCS Earth Day Festival? How was it?
I attended the BAYCS Earth Day Festival and I had a great time! It was fun to finally meet the faces I’ve been seeing on ZOOM for the past two months. I had incredibly engaging conversations with so many people at the event, and got a few contacts as well.
Reflect on what you have learned over the past 10 weeks and what you wrote for Blog 1. Did you accomplish what you initially thought you would?
Though I did not accomplish what I initially thought I would, I am more passionate and excited to work on these new goals than what I had anticipated from week 1.
