7th Annual Bay Area Youth Climate Summit
Sunday, 8 AM - 2 PM, September 27, 2026
On September 27th, we will host our 7th annual Bay Area Youth Climate Summit, at the David Brower Center in Berkeley! Young people of all ages, educators, and climate advocates are invited for a day of education and connection. We will have morning and afternoon workshops, an opening keynote, free lunch at our tabling fair, and other interactive activities. Registration is open now!

Merrian Borgeson (she/her)
Merrian Borgeson is one of California’s leading policy experts working to create an affordable and reliable zero-emissions energy system. She currently works at the Natural Resources Defense Council. She has also served on the boards of environmental, women's health, social change, and philanthropic organizations, and holds degrees from Stanford and Berkeley.
