Mostly finished website, but bugs/minor details need to be fixed
Planning on hosting an event in the Redwood City area within the next 2 weeks or so.
Did you attend the BAYCS Earth Day Festival? How was it?
Yes. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. I felt mostly comfortable presenting, improving over time as I practiced. I learned from both the other Ambassador stations and some other stands such as the May Day stand and the mural stand. As a bonus, the boba was also good.
Reflect on what you have learned over the past 10 weeks and what you wrote for Blog 1. Did you accomplish what you initially thought you would?
I thought I was going to do my project about overfishing or plastic pollution, which I now realize are less actionable than what I have planned now. Over the past 10 weeks, I have learned how to reach out to various organizations, how to build a website, and how to better present a project.
